Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a hands-on in-store merchandiser in Ohio to help shape shopper experiences. You will build displays, refresh end caps, and rotate shelves to keep products appealing and aligned with planograms.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; a strong customer‑oriented mindset and reliable transportation are valued for this role.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
