Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Fishers, IN is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers with displays, shelf resets, and stock checks. You will help ensure products are presented well and inventory is accurate, contributing to sales opportunities across locations.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, with flexible hours and opportunities for additional shifts. Benefits such as medical/dental/vision may be customized to family needs.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. About you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
