Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate in Reynoldsburg, OH to help shape customer experiences and drive sales. You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize opportunities for retailers.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed, with opportunities for additional hours and benefits tailored to your needs.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
