Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring an in-store merchandising associate in Vernal, Utah. You will help retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and ensuring shelves are stocked to maximize sales opportunities.

No experience is required; we provide training and continual support. This role offers competitive wages of $13.50 per hour and opportunities to grow within Advantage Solutions' network of brands and stores.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
