Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Redmond, WA is seeking an in-store merchandiser to shape the customer experience. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities, working with store teams to meet shopper needs.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support. You must be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable presenting friendly customer service to clients.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
