Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a team member to help shape the future of shopping experiences. In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs, including building displays, end caps, and shelf resets.

You will also track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities, with training provided and opportunities for growth within a 65,000-strong network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to interact with customers and management in a friendly manner.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently and in a team.
• Maintain safety-first mindset in retail.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
