Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Howell, MI is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers by building displays, setting end caps, and rotating shelves while tracking inventory to maximize sales.

You will interact with customers, work 18+, lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate strong customer service and safety-minded approach in a retail setting. Training provided; opportunities for growth and flexible hours may be available.

Qualifications

• Interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Capable of moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Ability to perform duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
