The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate at HomeGoods in San Antonio, TX. You will support receiving, merchandising, and customer service to ensure a clean, organized store and a positive customer experience.

Role involves teamwork, training other Associates, and maintaining inventory flow. Must be able to lift heavy objects and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working as part of a team.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing and coding of merchandise.
• Ensures efficient flow of goods and communicates with management.
• Monitors team productivity and guides as needed.
• Maintains back stock organization and signage standards.
• Promotes safety and adheres to labor policies.
