Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing by associates.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Coordinate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
