Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing of merchandise.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise and coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty for flow of goods.
• Monitor team productivity, set priorities, and provide feedback and recognition.
• Support store goals including safety, loss prevention, and compliance with policies.
