Job summary

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensure customer experience is excellent and associates work efficiently
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merch processing
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods to sales floor
• Promote safety, cleanliness, and backroom organization
• Support store shrink reduction goals and programs
