Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–2+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Financial focus: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting, manage payroll budgets.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate a team; adapt to change.
• Retail operations: monitor inventory, execute merchandising directives, and maintain customer service.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line growth, and expense control.
• Use forecasts and budgets to plan schedules and optimize productivity.
• Review financial and operational reporting and respond to findings in a timely manner.
• Lead a guest-focused experience, coaching associates and ensuring brand standards.
