Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience are required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in direction.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure associates work efficiently as a team.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise movement to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain smooth flow of goods.
