Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking staff to deliver a premier customer experience across our store environment. You will engage with customers, promote programs, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor while upholding loss prevention standards.

This role may be cross-trained across store areas to support business needs. We value teamwork, integrity, and excellent communication as you assist customers, process transactions, and participate in safety and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Upholds merchandising philosophy and procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Follows labor laws, policies and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
