The role may be cross-trained to support multiple areas, including ringing purchases, promoting loyalty programs, and helping with merchandise prep. We value teamwork, integrity, and the ability to adapt to changing directions.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Roll up, ring customer purchases and returns accurately following procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.
• Prepare merchandise for sales floor and assist with stocking.
• Support store recovery and safety programs and labor policies.
• Participate in shrink reduction initiatives and loss prevention.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and maintain store policies.
