Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process customer purchases/returns and manage cash handling per procedures.
• Uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Support shrink reduction goals and loss prevention programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
