Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store. The role may be cross-trained across store areas to support business needs.

You will model customer service, promote loyalty programs, and ensure compliance with merchandising and loss-prevention standards while contributing to a positive store culture.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
