Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies in Gainesville, GA is seeking a store associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience while adhering to company standards. You will assist customers, ring purchases, maintain cleanliness, and support loss prevention and merchandising procedures.

You should be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail experience is preferred; on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience standards.
• Adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards; may be cross-trained in multiple store areas.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures; promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow procedures; prepare merchandise for sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store.
• Support labor laws, safety policies, and shrink reduction goals; perform other duties as assigned.
