Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and handle cash transactions following procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale according to company procedures
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness efforts throughout the day
• Support safety initiatives and maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For
