Job Description:

The role involves delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store functions.

1. Model exemplary customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
2. Support and promote a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately process customer transactions, including purchases and returns, and give correct change.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
5. Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale following company procedures.
6. Participate in store recovery and ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
7. Provide and receive feedback constructively.
8. Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
9. Support store shrink reduction initiatives.
10. Maintain a safe environment through safety awareness initiatives.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
