Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store functions.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases, returns, and give correct change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and procedures
• Prepare merchandise for sale following company standards
• Participate in store recovery and maintenance activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction initiatives
• Participate in safety programs to ensure a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
