Job Description: Marshalls Retail Associate

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store areas to meet business needs.

1. Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
2. Support and promote a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect
3. Accurately process customer transactions and handle cash according to procedures
4. Encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs
5. Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
6. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization
7. Provide and receive feedback constructively
8. Comply with labor laws and company policies
9. Support shrink reduction initiatives
10. Maintain a safe environment through safety awareness
11. Perform other duties as assigned
