Job Description: Retail Associate at Marshalls

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Support various store functions, including cashiering, merchandising, and recovery tasks.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow established procedures for processing merchandise and maintaining store standards.
• Participate in safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support store hours.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail experience preferred.
