Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Supports operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs.

1. Model excellent customer service practices both internally and externally.
2. Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and give correct change.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs.
5. Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale.
6. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization.
7. Provide and accept feedback constructively.
8. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
9. Contribute to shrink reduction efforts.
10. Support a safe environment and participate in safety initiatives.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service skills.
