Job summary

Zinus, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join the U.S. Growth Marketing team in Bentonville, AR.

You will manage Walmart Connect campaigns, support Wayfair ads, and help drive growth across e-commerce platforms with data-driven optimization. The role involves collaborating with Sales, Merchandising, Content, and Supply Chain to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field required.
• At least two years in performance marketing, paid media, retail media, e-commerce campaigns.
• Experience managing campaigns on at least one paid-media or e-commerce platform.
• Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, and related metrics.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Walmart Connect campaigns and optimize performance.
• Support Wayfair and other retail media campaigns.
• Organize campaigns around priorities, product lifecycle, promotions and goals.
• Track performance, identify trends, concerns and opportunities for improvement.
• Review results across campaigns, products, categories and groups.
• Help manage advertising budgets and direct spend toward top campaigns.
• Turn campaign data into findings and recommended actions.
• Identify factors affecting performance including pricing, inventory, and competition.
• Create reports showing how advertising supports sales and business results.
• Plan and run tests on bids, targeting, creative, product selection and budgets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Content and Supply Chain teams.
• Communicate results and recommendations to marketing leaders.
