Central Garden & Pet (NASDAQ: CENT) seeks a Manager of Retail Media & Advertising to drive eCommerce growth and brand visibility through paid media across key retail accounts and digital platforms. The role focuses on optimizing campaigns, budgets, and performance while partnering with Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, and Creative teams.

The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with strong analytics to translate brand objectives into effective advertising strategies and to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail media or digital advertising
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns in retail media/eCommerce
• Experience with major advertising platforms (Amazon, Google, Meta)
• Strong analytical skills and ROI/ROAS focus
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with SEO and content development

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize retail media and digital advertising strategies across key accounts.
• Manage paid media campaigns across retailer networks, paid search, display, social, and other channels.
• Monitor ROAS, ROI, and budget pacing; optimize campaigns for performance.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams.
• Support content development, SEO, and live shopping events.
• Provide performance reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
