Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions, partnering with a growing media and advertising organization in Nashville, seeks a Retail Media Sales Manager. You will lead a team, source new opportunities, and shape sales strategy to drive revenue and client growth.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in retail media or digital advertising, strong relationship skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable programs. Competitive base salary with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail media, digital advertising, media sales, or related field.
• Proven track record building strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising solutions including sponsored search, display, onsite media, and offsite media.
• Experience mentoring or leading team members preferred.
• Experience with advertisers, agencies, brands, or strategic partners.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decisions.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
