• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-focused leader who enjoys building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and developing innovative advertising solutions for clients.

This individual will be responsible for leading a team focused on generating and converting new business opportunities while helping shape sales strategy and account growth initiatives. The Retail Media Sales Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop effective advertising solutions, expand client relationships, and drive overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities
• Drive sales pipeline growth and support achievement of revenue objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and develop customized advertising solutions
• Create and deliver strategic proposals aligned with client goals and objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and proactively introduce innovative media programs and solutions
• Analyze sales and campaign performance data to optimize strategy and drive continued growth
• Partner with operations, analytics, and product teams to ensure successful program execution and client satisfaction
• Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and business reviews
• Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies, account plans, and growth initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail media, digital advertising, media sales, advertising sales, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising solutions including sponsored search, display, onsite media, and offsite media
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing team members preferred
• Experience working with advertisers, agencies, brands, or strategic partners
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to leverage campaign performance data and analytics to inform business decisions
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
