Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Events & Industry Marketing for CVS Media Exchange (CMX) to lead the vision and execution of the events portfolio. You will manage the end-to-end events ecosystem, including strategy, calendar, content, sales enablement, and cross-channel amplification, while aligning with go-to-market goals.

You will collaborate with Corporate Communications, Legal, and external partners, oversee budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships, and ensure events deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Event Management, Communications, Retail Marketing, Media, or related field
• Hybrid work arrangement with 2+ corporate hubs; travel up to 50%
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets for large events

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, development, and execution of the CMX annual events calendar.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and benchmark against key players to inform event strategy.
• Lead all facets of event production including budget, timeline, procurement, design, travel, and coordination.
• Prepare CMX presenters with scripts, collateral, and day-of timelines.
• Own sales enablement deliverables tied to events to drive pipeline.
• Provide post-event analysis, ROI and insights for optimization.
