Nonsense Hub is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Orlando team and gain hands‑on experience delivering client campaigns directly to the public.

This is an in-person marketing position rather than a digital or social media role. You’ll work at retail and event locations around Orlando, helping bring campaigns to life through customer conversations, live promotion, and direct engagement.

Build Your Marketing Experience

You’ll gain practical exposure to how campaigns are delivered, from understanding the client and campaign message to presenting it effectively to different audiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing client campaigns at retail and event locations
• Introducing campaigns and promotions to customers
• Communicating key messages clearly and confidently
• Creating interest through face-to-face engagement
• Adjusting your approach to different audiences
• Answering questions and responding to customer feedback
• Supporting campaign targets and tracking results
• Working alongside the team to improve campaign performance

Earnings & Development

This is a full-time position with a weekly base, with the opportunity to increase your earnings based on performance.

You’ll receive hands‑on training when you join, followed by ongoing coaching as you develop. The role provides practical experience across marketing, customer acquisition, campaign delivery, communication, and performance, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as you progress.
