Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; marketing degree preferred.
• 2–5+ years of marketing operations or similar experience.
• Experience leading multidiscipline, high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute and report marketing activity.
• Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with Retail Marketing Leadership to develop action plans to enhance channel performance.
• Implement and manage the marketing analytics roadmap for internal and external reporting.
• Monitor and maintain data quality within the Retail Marketing ecosystem.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve marketing team performance.
• Establish scalable processes to deliver effective results.
• Manage vendor relationships as appropriate.
• Liaise with Sales on collaborative projects.
