• 2–5+ years in marketing operations or equivalent.
• Experience leading multidiscipline teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing systems to generate, distribute and report activities.
• Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales performance.
• Analyze data to derive insights and optimize initiatives.
• Collaborate with Retail Marketing Leadership to drive action plans.
• Define and manage the analytics roadmap for internal and external reporting.
• Ensure data quality across the Retail Marketing ecosystem.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve performance.
• Develop scalable processes to deliver results.
• Oversee billing and vendor relationships for Retail Marketing.
• Coordinate with Sales on joint projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
