Driving forward retail with passion, the Retail Marketing team leads from the front, supporting European retail teams in delivering excellence in GTM, Service, and Operations across multiple touchpoints!
Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
- Champion retail development and new processes across all retail channels.
- Handle VD retail channel, focusing on retail execution, standards, operations, data, and insights.
- Plan, report, and implement GTM, One launch, and Promoter training.
- Develop new retail processes and solutions including content, fixtures, and POSM marketing.
- Provide timely reports on RAG status projects, customer insights, store grading, competitor activity (including flooring and marking), and crucial metrics.
- Collate Samsung Europe subsidiary information – go live dates, display information, Promoter numbers and activity, sell-out/OOS rates including dead SKUs.
- Support and participate in companywide strategic projects including Retail Universe.
- Build strong relationships with Suwon office, EVO, and local subsidiaries.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in retail – operations, marketing, or management.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, including critical metrics.
- Experience in European retail – standalone, concession, or partner.
- Sound understanding of marketing and GTM planning.
- The ability to multi-task and handle conflicting deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- A full driving license and the flexibility to travel throughout the UK and Europe.
What does success look like?
- Ensure successful implementation of best-in-class operations, customer development, and solutions across European markets.
- Identify key insights, retail experiences, operations, and critical metrics for subsidiaries.
- Report to senior management on GTM, One launches, and other key projects.
- Own processes from initial concept to completion and review.
