Statewide Window and Doors in Sarasota seeks a Retail Marketing Manager to drive in-store engagement for windows, doors and roofing products. You will approach customers, present features and benefits, and schedule appointments, leveraging show and event strategies to build brand presence.

You will hire, train and manage reps to deliver compelling demonstrations and ensure a consistent customer experience across channels.
