Job summary

Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our event marketing sales team. You will represent our brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows to promote our high‑impact windows and doors across Florida.

The role offers hourly pay plus commission bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and travel accommodations. Training is provided with growth opportunities in a long‑standing Florida company (since 1983).

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset
• Sales-minded and/or experience in lead generation/appointment writing
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Must be available to work either weekdays and/or weekends
• Reliable transportation to event locations
• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Represent the Florida Window and Door brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows across the state
• Promote our category 5 high impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners
• Engage homeowners, generate leads, and write appointments where appropriate

Job description

$15 per hour and up based on experience, $40 per demo (from lead or appointment), .67 per mile reimbursement mileage.

Available forall shifts, includingweekdays, weekends, daytime, and evening hours.

You will represent our brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows, retail and big box stores; promoting our industry-leading category 5 high impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners across the state of Florida.
