Job summary

Statewide Window and Doors seeks a Brand Manager to lead retail marketing and brand presence for windows, doors, and roofing in a South Florida store environment.

You will hire, train and manage reps, engage customers at the kiosk, discuss products to generate interest and schedule appointments for in-home presentations. 5+ years in retail marketing/brand ambassador management preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail marketing and brand ambassador management experience.
• Comfortable approaching customers and engaging them in conversation.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers who are shopping in the store as they pass by the Kiosk.
• Discuss Windows, Doors, Roofing generate interest and schedule appointments.
• Hire, train and manage reps to engage customers and offer free in home presentations.
