Job summary

Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing individuals to join our event marketing sales team across Florida. You will promote our high-performance windows and doors to homeowners at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows.

Earn base pay with commission bonuses, plus mileage and travel reimbursement. Available for all shifts including weekdays and weekends; training provided and growth opportunities within a long-standing Florida company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
• Sales-minded and/or experience in lead generation/appointment writing.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Must be available to work either weekdays and/or weekends.
• Reliable transportation to event locations.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Florida Window and Door brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows.
• Promote our category 5 high impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners across Florida.
• Work on the event marketing sales team for weekday and weekend shifts.

Job description

$15 per hour and up based on experience, $40 per demo (from lead or appointment), .67 per mile reimbursement mileage.

Available for all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, daytime, and evening hours.

Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our event marketing sales team, both weekday and weekend shifts available. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, working on a team, and earning commission in addition to base pay.

You will represent our brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows, retail and big box stores; promoting our industry-leading category 5 high impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners across the state of Florida.
