Job summary

Markwins Beauty Brands Inc. is seeking a Coordinator, Retail Marketing to support the wet n wild Retail Marketing Team at the City of Industry HQ.

You will coordinate license approvals, arrange samples, set up product information, and help create marketing materials to drive in-store sales and brand presence. Working closely with Brand, Creative, Product Development, and Sales, you will manage calendars, track projects, analyze data for ROI, and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 1-3 years in manufacturing environment
• 1-2 years of marketing experience
• Project management experience desirable
• Cosmetics/CPG industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing calendars and materials
• Coordinate and organize all sample requests
• Coordinate licensed approvals
• Coordinate Item Setup including item number requests and product specs
• Support Brand team to execute product launches, sales materials, and digital programs
• Track and communicate status of projects and propose improvements
