Job summary

Markwins Beauty Brands Inc. in City of Industry, CA seeks a Coordinator, Retail Marketing to support the Physicians Formula brand with retail partnerships and marketing materials.

You will coordinate sample requests, licensing approvals, and item setup while collaborating with Brand, Creative, Product Development, Social/PR, and Sales teams to drive brand growth. Strong detail orientation and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 1-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, or combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of working experience in marketing or related field.
• Project management experience is desirable to track projects with competing priorities.
• Experience in cosmetics or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry preferred.
• Combined experience within marketing, ecommerce, and retail experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing calendars and materials.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Coordinate and organize all sample requests.
• Coordinate licensed approvals.
• Maintain Item Setup information and product specs.
