Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop you for a future leadership role within our growing retail organization.

As you progress, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will guide you to understand our business and help prepare you for a management position at one of our 330+ stores, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, or distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
