Menards is seeking a motivated Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time, hands-on training program to prepare you for store management. You will learn operations from General Management and Department Managers to prepare for a leadership role.

As you progress, you’ll work with Store Team Members to deepen your understanding of our business and be groomed to advance to a management position at one of our 330+ stores, with extensive promotion-from-within opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or coordinating store operations preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
