Menards offers a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for leadership roles in retail management. As you progress, your General Management team and Store Team Members will collaborate to build your knowledge and readiness to take on a management position.

We emphasize a promote-from-within culture with advancement opportunities to 330+ store locations, corporate offices, and distribution centers nationwide.

Competenze

• Customer service skills are essential to lead store teams and deliver great shopping experiences.
• Leadership experience or potential is needed to guide and develop team members.
• A business-related degree is preferred but not always required for advancement within Menards.

• Lead and develop a store team to achieve sales and service goals.

• Support training and onboarding of new Manager Trainee and staff.
