Menards Inc. is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program in retail management. You will work closely with General Management and department leaders to learn operations and leadership skills.

As you progress, you’ll gain exposure to multiple store roles and leadership opportunities, with advancement toward a management position across 330+ stores, corporate offices, and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and the ability to lead a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for store management.
• Collaborate with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn business operations.
• Progress through the program to take on a management role across the organization.
