You will work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and position yourself for a future store management role across our 330+ locations. This hands-on program emphasizes leadership and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to develop managerial skills.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to prepare for a management role.
• Upon program completion, be eligible for promotion to a store management position across Menards’ locations.
