Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for a future in Menards management. You will work with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience and readiness for a management role.

As you progress through the program, you'll have opportunities to promote within our growing network of 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.
