Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Menards Management. The program emphasizes hands-on training and leadership development within a growing retail environment.

As you progress, you will work with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain a deep understanding of our business and prepare for future management roles in the 330+ store network.
