Job summary

Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop you for future maintenance of store leadership. You will work closely with the General Management team and Department Managers to learn the business and prepare for a management role in the near future.

As you progress, you’ll gain hands-on experience and have opportunities to advance to positions across our 330+ store locations, corporate office, and distribution centers as part of Menards’ promote-from-within

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business degree is preferred.
