Menards is seeking motivated individuals to join a paid Manager Trainee program designed to develop you into a future Store Manager. You will train hands-on and work with leadership to learn every facet of store operations.

Throughout the program, your General Management team and Department Managers will mentor you to build the skills needed for a management role in the near future. Promotion opportunities are a core part of Menards’ culture.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a retail environment.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program to learn general management principles.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop business understanding.
• Pursue advancement to a management role upon program completion.
