Menards is recruiting for a Manager Trainee in a paid, full-time training program designed to develop you for store leadership roles. You will work with a General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience in our business operations.

As you progress, you’ll be prepared to advance to management roles across Menards 330+ store locations, corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers, supported by a promote-from-within culture

Qualifications

• Interest in retail management
• Strong customer service mindset
• Leadership potential or relevant coursework

Responsibilities

• Participants complete a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to develop and prepare for Menards Management roles.
• Collaborate with General Management, Department Managers and store team members to learn business operations.
• Upon completion, pursue promotions to store leadership roles across Menards locations and facilities.
