Pioneer National Partners is seeking a Retail Manager for our Phoenix, AZ location. This full-time role leads store operations, drives sales, and manages a team of associates, with a salary range of $32,000 to $47,809 per year.

You will oversee inventory, customer service, vendor relations, and staff training to meet targets and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in retail management, strong leadership, and proficiency with retail software and POS

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
